$180 – $250 per 60-minute session.

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, services can be covered in full or in part. Please contact your insurance provider to verify how your plan compensates you for out-of-network psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it, and have I met it yet?
• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
• Do I need written approval from my primary care physician for services to be covered?

Payment

Each session will cost between $180 and $250 for 60 minutes. Your rate will depend on your level of care after conducting an assessment and establishing your treatment modality. For direct payment, you may use Zelle, Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, cash, or check.

You have the option of placing your credit/debit on file during the registration process; however, there is an additional $5 administrative fee for the use of a debit/credit card.

Cancellation Policy

If you cannot attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 24 hours beforehand. Otherwise, you may be charged for the full rate of the session.
